No appointment is needed.  Just drop off your computer and give us time to diagnose the problem.  We work on first come first serve basis.  We also offer expediated service if needed.

For laptops, please bring the power adapter. Yes, we charge for diagnostics.  There are different diagnostic charge depending on the computer type and what has to get done.  The diagnostics charge goes towards the service charge.

Generally, the turnaround time for carry-in service is one to three days, depending on the type of service. If parts have to be ordered, it might take longer.  Same day service is also available.

PC-COM main entrance is located in the back of the building by the parking lot.  Parking is also located in the back of the building.  Please do not park at Magoo's Pizza parking lot since they have limited parking space.

Yes, we offer on-site service.  We offer onsite service for businesses, home offices and personal use.

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover).  Payment is due when service is done.  There might be certain service that we will ask for a deposit (i.e. data recovery).  Payment is due upfront when ordering special order items.
